The dissertation is devoted to the questions of study of static and motor peculiarities of patients with cerebral palsy. Two original methods were created for this purpose - method of the gross motor functions videorecording and telemetric movements measurement system. The study of the main kinematic features of the normal gait were continued on the new higher level, statistical range of normal movements of the hip, knee and ankle joints during walking was established. Qualitative and quantitative assessment of the static and motor functions of patients with different forms of cerebral palsy was performed, main pathological movement patterns were described. Characteristic changes of gait movement biomechanics during the course of intensive neurophysiological rehabilitation were noted in patients with different forms of cerebral palsy.

Dissertation is devoted to the study of the somatic state, and particularly the changes of the breathing system, of patients with different forms of Cerebral Palsy (CP) and influence of the Intensive Neurophysiological Rehabilitation System (INRS) on it. It was established broncho-pulmonary diseases are typical for the patients with CP. Clinical features of the breathing disturbances of patients with CP were specified using clinical and paraclinical methods. It was shown that breathing disturbances with hidden or apparent breathing insufficiency are typical for the patients with Cerebral Palsy, and the degree of insufficiency depends on a severity of Cerebral Palsy. The positive influence of the INRS on the breathing function of patients with CP was proved. The results of the work are used in the rehabilitation departments and centres for patients with CP.

Information Technologies of the Intensive Neurophysiological Rehabilitation System by the Method of prof. V.I.Kozyavkin

Automatized polyclinic system for informational support and accompaniment of the treatment and rehabilitation processes of the patients with cerebral palsy, which includes subsystem for information-input and statistic -analytical subsystem has been developed. Telemetrical system and information technology for the movement analysis for patients with cerebral palsy has been created. Information technologies of virtual reality for the rehabilitation of movement disorders has been developed, rehabilitation computer games for patients with cerebral palsy were created, hard- and software of the virtual reality in the rehabilitation games has been elaborated.
